Chris is the person you'll actually deal with. He runs every NewScope job hands-on, from the first quote to the final walkthrough, and holds the whole team to the standard his name is on. Twenty years on the tools on the Gold Coast, and still the first one on site.

Kaitlyn is the voice behind NewScope. She tells the story of every build, keeps the feed honest, and makes sure the brand looks as considered as the homes do. If you've seen our work online, that was her.

Anthony is the calm hand on site. He keeps every trade on schedule and every detail on spec, and he's the one making sure the plan on paper becomes the house in front of you. Nothing gets covered up until it's right.
